Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Weem. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we make returns and exchanges as simple as possible. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — and you'll need a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

1. Contact us at contact@theweem.shop within 30 days to let us know you'd like to return or exchange an item. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
2. Once your request is approved, we'll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may ask for photos or additional information to help us assess the problem.

Exceptions and non‑returnable items

Some items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care items, and hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted. Contact us at contact@theweem.shop to arrange an exchange.

European Union 14‑day cooling‑off period

If your order is delivered to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 0 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 0 days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, contact us at contact@theweem.shop.

Warranty

Your purchase is covered by our 365-day warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and breakouts.
